I remember a story. A story about the animatronic restaurants. The people that made them.
Henry Emily and William Afton.

they thought they were friends

Henry was the one that started it all. He was never really successful, the animatronic suits and costumes separately were too expensive. But then William came along. He made the springlock suits. They were both at the same time, so they spared quite a bit of money.
Henry was a nice guy. He didn’t stand out, but people liked him. William, on the other hand, was considered crazy. He was tall and pale with scars from the springlocks. I see why people didn’t like him.

All of their pizzerias were closed sooner or later. Gas leaks, malfunctions… it was all a lie. It never happened. Any of it.
But there was a reason nonetheless.
There were children missing.
In 1983, there were five of them. The Freddy’s closed.
In 1987, when it reopened, there was one.
In 1993, there were another five.
And in 1980, it was Elizabeth.

…

Ah, the Pizza world and its gas leak. Everyone was evacuated, the animatronics moved to another location. It opened in 2000. Circus Baby’s Entertainment and rental. Underground.

I was there it ruined me

…

The children… they didn’t just go missing. They were dead. It happened to all of them.
One of them was Henry’s daughter. It broke him. He left the business and he was never seen again. There were rumors that William killed him.

Henry is alive he is here I hear him

William never talked about his family. He had nothing to talk about after 1983. He knew what was going on. He knew what happened to the children.
He killed the children.

and it all came back

…

1993. Freddy’s closed down a week ago. Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy were deactivated. The missing children were here.
In the animatronics.
They couldn’t leave.
William was there. He was looking for the rabbit suit from Fredbear’s. He kept it here, all this years.

He was tired of it at the same time. Or was he? People were accusing him of killing the kids. They were right. He did it. He was the murderer.
He wanted to end all of it. He knew how to.
He grabbed the axe and went to the stage, where Freddy and the band were standing still and started hitting them. He didn’t stop until there was nothing left of the animatronics.
The souls could leave.
But they didn’t. They wanted revenge. They wanted William to die.
The springlock suit was in the back room. William took the opportunity and ran. There was nothing but a few old arcade games in the back room besides the suit. William didn’t hesitate. He put on the suit, like countless times before. It was muscle memory at this point.
He knew what was coming. The souls were going to get him anyway.
William knew he will come back. One way or another. He knew how the suit worked. He made it.
The souls were at the door. He could feel their presence.
No turning back now.

The springlocks triggered.
There was screaming. And laughing. William was dying, but he was laughing, until his lungs filled up with blood. He was going to come back. He always does.
