Sem 9. razred in si res želim narediti nekakšen notranji »glow up«. Rada bi postala boljša verzija sebe – da bi bila bolj samozavestna, bolj prijazna in bolj disciplinirana. Želim si tudi, da bi drugi opazili, da sem se spremenila na bolje. Včasih se preveč obremenjujem z mnenjem drugih ali preveč časa preživim na telefonu in družbenih omrežjih.
Rada bi se bolj posvetila učenju, telovadbi, skrbi za kožo in nasploh bolj zdravemu načinu življenja. Razmišljam celo o tem, da bi se za nekaj časa odjavila z družbenih omrežij, da bi se lahko bolj osredotočila nase.
Kako lahko začnem s takšnim »glow upom«, da bom res postala boljša oseba in imela tudi boljše ocene v šoli?
